Training on the beach?
It sounds like a good joke, but it works better than many a coffee machine.
Laptop, notes, the sound of waves, and sand everywhere - including places where it definitely should not be.
Instead of a conference room: a deck chair.
Instead of air conditioning: a breeze.
Instead of "can you hear me?": "are the seagulls drowning me out?"
Conclusion after the training: knowledge sinks in more easily when the horizon is wide.
Competence development? Yes.
A tan? As a bonus.
Work-life balance? I think that is exactly what it is about.
